arr.sort(key=lambda x: x[1])

# print(min(arr,key=lambda x:x[1]))
arr.remove(min(arr,key=lambda x:x[1]))
# print(arr)
minimum = min(arr,key=lambda x:x[1])
# print(minimum[1])
