Create new repository on the command line

git init
git add README.MD
git commit -m "commit message"
git remote add origin git url_of_github_repo
git push origin master

Initialize github repository

$git init
$git config --global user.email "your email"
$git config --global user.name "Your name"
$git remote add origin https://github.com/username/new_repo(Can be copied from github directly)
$git push -u origin master
